Fromonot took copious notes on the many subjects that inspired him, but these did not include the administration around his work. As a fiercely independent artist he established loyal ties to patrons and gallerists, though none exclusively. The below list which was compiled by a German gallery and which spans the decade between 1956 – 1966 is therefore by no means exhaustive. It is during that time that he won the coveted first prize at the Salon d’Art Moderne in Paris. During the 70s, 80s and 90s, his work was shown mostly in the South of France.
